AI-generated pizza commercial: The one that Elon Musk “shocked”
In a series of tweets on April 24th, an account going by the name “Pizza Later” promoted a fake pizza joint named “Pepperoni Hug Spot” using distorted video footage of individuals eating pizza that was created using Runway’s Gen-2. The developer also utilized GPT-4 to write the screenplay, Midjourney for the still pictures, and Eleven Labs for the voice-over. After all the AI work was done, Adobe After Effects was used for the final assembly.

In a Reddit thread, “PizzaLater” claimed to have made the ad in three hours with the use of artificial intelligence software. Long for a pizza delivery but pretty short for a 30-second video creation. Impressing right?
Do you like the “Pepperoni Hug Spot” pizza, which includes “cheese, pepperoni, vegetable, and more secret things?” Here is the breakdown of the secret things in the recipe:
According to “PizzaLater,” the commercial’s images were generated using AI-powered software called Midjourney, which is comparable to OpenAI’s DALL-E deep learning model.
The Reddit poster claimed that Runway Gen-2, a product of Runway Research’s innovative artificial intelligence division, was used to create the film.
ElevenLabs, developer of “Prime Voice AI,” which “lets you speak any amount of text in high quality, all while automatically matching what is being said with how it is being said,” was used to create the narrative and voice-over. The whole narrative was written by ChatGPT (GPT-4).

AI-generated beer commercial: Bizarre and aesthetic somehow
The advertisement for the nondescript beer has AI-generated likenesses of folks having a good time at a neighborhood BBQ to the tune of Smash Mouth’s 1999 song “All-Star.” People who enjoy beer grin and joke uncomfortably as they down the blue liquid from enormous, misshapen cans and bottles. There is a twist waiting for you. Due to the primitive nature of the tech, many of the celebrants appear to have more than ten fingers and turn demonic characters.
